Offering full-spectrum antenatal and postnatal assistance to help prospective, expectant and new parents to navigate their birth and parenting choices with years of personal and professional experience providing tailor-made, informational support in an inclusive, family-centred way
As your Birth Doula, I will meet with you (and your partner) at least twice before the birth to discuss your plans and preferences.
Before the delivery, I will be a phonecall away to provide reassurance and support.
As the delivery approaches, I will be on 24hr call to attend your labour and delivery and will stay with you until you and the baby are settled.
I am also providing remote services for people who prefer that option or who are unable to have a second birth partner present in the birth room.
The days and weeks following the arrival of a new baby can be a hectic and tiring time.
I can provide much needed practical assistance and emotional support during this period.
From meal preparation and laundry to entertaining siblings or running errands, I will help you to adjust to life with a new baby and find confidence in your parenting instincts.
All bookings of 20+ hours made before the baby's arrival include a Postnatal Planning Session.
My postnatal support is also available online or over the phone.
Massage can be helpful for improving or maintaining physical and emotional well-being or just as a well deserved me-time treat.
I offer mobile massage, either as part of a doula package or a stand alone service, in the comfort of your home.
I am qualified and experienced in Swedish Holistic Massage, Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage and also as a Baby Massage teacher
Antenatal Teaching
I offer a full Antenatal Preparation course, delivered over 4 weeks either online or in person.
This course is based on mindset and
Hypnobirthing methods and will help you to learn to release your fears and worries; find peace and relaxation through visualisation and breathing and to discover what steps you can take to give you and your baby the best environment for a calm and natural birth.

A note about fees: I try not to let money get in the way of supporting a family in urgent need or who cannot pay the fees in advance, so if this is something you are concerned about please get in touch. I may be able to accept an exchange of services or payment in instalments over a longer time.
Likewise, if after you have had your baby and you think that my fees are more than reasonable, you are very welcome to pay me more. Any additional money will be used to support someone who isn't as financially secure.
Please also note that we offer a voucher scheme, so friends and family can buy you doula support.
